Quick Artwork Checklist
✔ File is press-ready PDF (AI, EPS, TIFF, JPG acceptable)
✔ Color mode is CMYK, 300 dpi resolution
✔ Bleed added: 0.125" on all sides
✔ All text converted to outlines
✔ Cut path provided for custom shapes (named “CutContour”)
✔ Images embedded, no missing links
✔ Transparencies flattened, effects expanded
✔ White ink layer included if printing on clear or metallic

- File Format – Preferred: PDF (press-ready). Acceptable: AI, EPS, TIFF, or high-resolution JPG (300 dpi).
- Color Mode – CMYK color profile (not RGB or Pantone). Convert spot colors as needed.
- Resolution – Minimum 300 dpi at final print size.
- Bleed – Add 0.125" (1/8 inch) bleed on all sides for full-color backgrounds or artwork extending to the edge.
- Safe Zone / Margins – Keep critical text and graphics at least 0.125" inside the cut line.
- Cut Lines – For custom shapes, provide a vector cut path as a separate spot color named “CutContour.”
- Fonts – Convert text to outlines/curves, or include fonts with the file.
- Linked Images – Embed all images or package with the file to prevent missing links.
- Layers – Keep design elements and cut lines on separate layers when possible.
- Transparency & Effects – Flatten transparencies and expand effects to avoid RIP issues.
- White Ink – For clear or metallic materials, include a separate spot color layer named “White” for white ink areas.

Yes. Our vinyl stickers and decals are resistant to water, UV, and outdoor conditions.
Our UVgel printing technology produces durable, washable stickers that resist fading and scratching. For most indoor and short-term outdoor uses, no lamination is needed. If your stickers will face heavy handling, long-term outdoor exposure, or you want a special gloss or matte finish, lamination is a smart upgrade.

For best results, always apply stickers to a clean, dry, and smooth surface. Start from the center and smooth outward to avoid bubbles. For larger decals, use masking tape or a hinge method to help align before applying. To remove, gently heat the sticker with a hair dryer or heat gun on low to loosen the adhesive, then peel it off slowly. Any leftover residue can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol or an adhesive remover.
