Business Stationery

Your business stationery is one of your first impressions on a client; why not make sure it’s cohesive, eye-catching, and top-notch quality?

Business Cards

From a standard 3.5” x 2” card, to just about whatever custom size and shape you can think of, we can help you design and print a business card you’re proud to hand out. We offer standard papers for a nice, professional look on a budget, or we can roll out some specialty materials such as transparent substrates, extra thick paper, metallic, and more. Custom shapes or rounded corners are a great way to finish off a truly memorable business card.

Envelopes

Get professional, true to brand, addressed envelopes from Capital Imaging, available in a variety of sizes and styles to match all standard and most specialty paper types we carry. Have a newsletter to mail? We can perform a mail merge and print destination addresses direct to your envelopes in either black & white or full color. We can even drop them off at the post office for you!

Hint: When choosing envelope sizes, along with the size of the enclosed document, keep in mind that perfectly square shapes have a more expensive postage rate per unit than standard envelope sizes.

Letterhead

Get personalized, professional quality letterhead that presents your brand in its full splendor. Both black & white and full color printing is available. Choose from a diverse selection of paper types to complement your business theme. With your schedule and budget in mind, we offer letterhead with flexible turn times and on-demand quantities; order in small batches or in bulk. Matching envelopes are available, see below.

Notecards

Next time you write a thank-you, congratulations, or condolence note to a client or other business, wouldn’t it be nice to have a custom card that matches the envelope and business card it comes with? We offer any custom size and shape, just don’t forget to make sure it fits in your chosen envelope! Standard cards are usually 5” x 7” (folded size) and fit into an A2 envelope. For the best interior writing surface, we recommend using an uncoated cover-weight paper, or a paper that is glossy on one side and uncoated on the other, if you’d like the outer design to shine — we stock both of these options for your convenience. If you’re interested, we can also order specialty papers in different colors and finishes.
